Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy
Our aim is that you should expect to receive your order within 3 to 5 working days from the date your order was placed. This means that your order will usually be dispatched the next working day from the date your order was placed. Dispatch, however, may occasionally take longer during busy periods or over Bank Holiday weekends.

We ship using Royal Mail’s recorded delivery signed for service and independent courier’s signed for services.

Urgent Delivery
Urgent delivery is usually available upon request and will incur an increased delivery cost. Please contact us for further information

Overseas Delivery
International and European orders are dispatched via independent courier signed for services. Call 0118 324 0061 for details and prices

Back Orders
If we have problems processing your order, we will back order for you.  You will be notified of this via email.

Fitech is constantly updating stock levels to keep pace with changes in our stock. However demand on occasions can be high and so we occasionally run out of popular items.
