Returns Policy


Returns Policy
If you wish to return goods, please phone our office to determine the exact terms for your return. You may be charged a restocking fee. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return of Goods
All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 30 days from when you notify us of cancellation of the order if applicable.

Return of Faulty Goods
Where goods are faulty or unsuitable you must contact the Sales Department to obtain a returns number/reference. Call 0118 3240061 option one.

Return of Goods Conditions
All products that are returned to us for a refund must be returned to us in their original condition. This means that all the items included in the original shipment including manuals, any software items, and any other items relating to that product must be included.

We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit from you to us so we advise you to package the goods adequately to prevent damage from occurring with appropriate Insurance Cover.

Method of Return

We advise you to return any goods to us using a service requiring a signature on delivery and provides insurance e.g. Recorded Delivery, because if the goods are lost, we cannot be held responsible for their replacement. Special Delivery provides greater value to the Insurance cover.
