Fitech’s Know Your Numbers Health Day is an easy to deliver and cost effective way at looking at your employee’s health. The event looks at core health assessments during a quick one to one session enabling up to 39 employees to been seen per nurse.

The day is an excellent way to introduce your company to the benefits of looking after their health. It gives simple and personal advice to your employee’s by looking at every day life therefore appealing to a wide range of people. The day can also be used as apart of a health fair or event.Â
The Full Assessment Day includes:
- Blood pressure and heart rate
- Weight and Height
- Body Mass index (BMI)
- Blood cholesterol level
- Results card and feedback
Cost includes:
- Fully qualified nurse
- Hire of all equipment and consumables
- Delivery and set up on site
- Each nurse can test up to 39 members of staff per day
- Tests will last 10 mins per person
- Only £780 per day (£20 per person)
