First Base Health is the onsite health screening division of the Fitech Group. They provide Health & Wellbeing Days, On Site Screening, Nurse Hire and Bespoke packages.

Firstbase Health has developed a blue chip portfolio of clients including O2, London Underground, Transport for London and Accenture. What makes Firstbase Health different is its caliber of nurses who are hand picked and must still be in regular clinical practice. They are a minimum of F grade (known as Sisters)

Fitech and Firstbase Health provide a range of high quality and value for money assessments days which are delivered by qualified nurses and conducted any where in the UK.

There are three assessment days available and the choice will depend on your individual requirements:

Know Your Numbers – Ideal for health promotion days, quick simple and cost effective. Each individual receives BMI, BP and cholesterol results on the day.

Healthy Heart – A more in-depth screening concentrating on the key health indicators for coronary heart disease (CHD), this is a preventable disease that currently kills more than 1000,000 people per year.

Wellness Day – A full comprehensive screening day that looks at various different health areas. Ideal for an executive screening program.

Personalised Reporting

The Healthy Heart and Wellness Assessment Days come complete with a comprehensive personalised report which is send directly to the employee. The report,which uses the advanced Fitech software program, gives information and advice, presented in an easy to understand graphical format.

Company Data Analysis

We will also provide you with a company data report which gives you an overall assessment and statistical analysis of your employee’s health. Information can be given on any test data captured i.e. the number of your employees with high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
