Fitech Release New Support Wiki

Fitech has made major changes to the help system of its online product. The old style html help has been changed to a Wiki based system. Users of the Internet are becoming more ’savvy’ about the types of systems that are available and what they expect to use.

The growth and popularity of sites like wikipedia that use wiki based software mean that users are far more familiar with those concepts thanthey were several years ago. The Fitech Wiki is still being added to, but of course, that’s the idea with a Wiki. The conventional html type pages are being complimented with video based tutorials all designed to give the Fitech User a quick start into the product.

The feedback thus far has all been positive and Fitechh are looking toward its client base for ideas on how to add to the system and enhance it.
