March V5 Upgrade

As part of the continuing development of V5 the following changes and upgrade have been made:

• Integration of the Support System into V5
• A sophisticated password management utility
• Incorporation of the EU Peak Flow Scale in addition to the Wright McKerrow Scale
• Updating the Body Composition norms to those of the World Health Organisation
• Programatically enforcing IE 7 compatibility for better aesthetics. This means that if you are using IE8, the compatibility view will always be set for you, meaning that V5 will display optimally for you at all times in IE8.

• Updated Subject Access Portal
• Referral Code System

Integration of the Support System into V5

The support system at http://support.fitechv5.com has been ‘de-commissioned’ as the ticketing system is now integrated within V5. See the help video here.

A Sophisticated Password Management Utility

Extra security is now available for enforcing password strength, password history and password validity period. See the help video here.

Peak Flow Test

We have offered the ability to select between the Wright-McKerrow scale or the EU Standard (EN 13826) scale. On the fly conversions are carried out and shown on the report. Further changes in this area will be implemented over the following months.

Subject Access Portal (AU only)

For those companies who allow subject access, the new revised interface has been implemented. Major functionality increases will be applied to the Subject Access area in the next 6-8 weeks, and be ready for use.
