Changes to the Fitech Distributor In Australia

Fitech has changed it’s distributor for it’s Version 5.o product in Australasia from January 01 2010. All marketing, sales, support and an element of the programming effort has been fully transferred to the AU Support & Development Team located in Melbourne, VIC.

What does this mean for Cstomers or Users of V5 in Australia?

1. For existing users of the Australian Portal, there is no change other than billing / invoicing. Customers will be notified of the changes when their subscription / renewal is due.
2. Customers will have direct technical & programming support rather than having to go via the UK.
3. Customers will have better training opportunities for Version 5.0
4. There will be far greater scope for Australian and New Zealand customers to help shape the future of Version 5.o into the future.

Important Notes for Customers in Australia & New Zealand.

1. Distributors: There are no other distributors for Version 5.0 from January 01, 2010 other than the team detailed in the contact details above.
2. Website: Fitech will shortly have only one website at http://www.fitechglobal.com/ – the branding and livery of fitech.com.au will be removed in the next few days.
3. Version 5.0 Portal: The V5 portal in Australia has been upgraded over the Holiday period and now runs on a full 64bit infrastructure. The UK & EU system will follow shortly. The rationalisation of the domains and infrastructure, (as Version 5 is rolled out to RSA and USA) requires a more structured approach and therefore the AU portal will shortly be accessible on http://au.fitechv5.com/ only. Customers will be notified of this change shortly before it happens.
4. Costs for the software have also been rationalised and are available on this site.
